Attitude & Behaviour (HEARTS AND MINDS)

Faisel Advies & Training BV attaches great importance to treating each other with respect. We see people as family or of family members. This obliges us to show maximum effort in protecting each other and our material. This is not without obligations and we challenge ourselves, you, your employees and environment to realise this.

 

We create a corporate culture to such an extent that everyone is proud to be part of you (our) team. We do this by:

• Adequately training the employees and organisation to achieve the desired goal

• Adequately coaching the employees and organisation to achieve the desired goal

• Identifying and concluding employees desired and undesired behaviour

• Adequately coaching employees and organisation to achieve the desired attitude and behaviour

• Teaching employees to address each other on desired behaviour

• Teaching employees to address each other on undesired behaviour

• Teaching employees and organisation to intervene when derogation is threatening our vision or mission

Undesired behaviour or aggression can be disturbing and reduce performances. This can lead to an increased absenteeism and even to a decrease in your company's revenue. If you notice disturbing behaviour from the employees or executives, it is the best to permanently filter this out of your business. We can accompany you in such respectful and tactical way that there will form other ways which benefits everyone.
